Unspeakably good croissants and apple turnovers from Didier Dumas. What can I say? If you haven't had them already in Nyack, you simply must come in and try one. Just make sure you're sitting down (and not behind the wheel) when you eat it--pastry this good demands your full attention, and a good cup of coffee or tea.
